All of our products are created with care and inspected before fulfillment. Many items are produced using print-on-demand services, which allows us to offer unique designs while reducing waste. Because of this production process, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the custom and print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or product selected by the customer

  • Accidental orders

  • Personal preference after receiving the product

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and availability.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We are unable to offer exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind.
